Following the settlement, a post-settlement meeting with Caitlin will be scheduled to review your experience thus far. Does it cost to use this service?

As a broker, we receive commissions from lenders once a client we have referred settles a loan. While this commission is typically paid shortly after loan settlement, we, as brokers, do not actually receive the benefit of the payment until up to 24 months later. Our primary goal is to ensure that the loan provided aligns with your needs over the next 24 months. Should this not be the case, please contact Caitlin, and we will reassess your options to secure a more suitable solution for your revised circumstances.

Regarding asset and personal loans, most lenders do not offer commissions for client referrals but instead impose a broker fee that is remitted to us for connecting them with clients. The specific amounts of these fees can vary based on the lender and the loan amount.

How long can the process take to get a loan?

Typically, the process of securing a home loan spans approximately three months from the initial consultation to the loan's final settlement. However, this timeline is subject to variation based on several factors, including but not limited to your financial circumstances, the search for a property that aligns with your requirements, the chosen loan type, and the selected lenders.

In contrast, asset and personal loan disbursements can be expedited, with funds becoming available as swiftly as the same day of application or within 48 hours, contingent upon the thoroughness of your application and your credit history.
